Returns and Refunds: When you purchase from caratandkraft.com, returns and refunds are 100% hassle-free. Our policy lasts for 30 days. Within 21 days post-delivery, you can request a refund. Unfortunately, if 21 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Email Notification: To initiate a return for a refund, please email us at hello@caratandkraft.com within 21 days after delivery.
Customized Orders: Customized or personalized orders, including engraved jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are specially made based on your request.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirmation. The refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a day or two.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes, there’s processing time before the refund is officially posted. If needed, reach out to your bank or contact us at hello@caratandkraftcom
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@caratandkraft .com, and we’ll provide the shipping address.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Gifts Shipped to Others: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, they’ll be notified of the return and refund.

Shipping
To initiate a product return, kindly send your item to the address provided by diamondrensu.com. Prior to shipping back any jewelry, loose moissanite, or other gemstones, please email us at hello@caratandcraft.com.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping expenses are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $200, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without such measures in place.

I'm Ankit, the driving force behind caratandkraft, and I'm thrilled to give you a glimpse into how we curate the finest Lab-Grown Diamonds and Jewelry. Our journey began in Surat, the heart of the diamond industry. Initially immersed in natural diamonds, I transitioned to designing jewelry when the 2008 recession struck. Starting with sketches, I soon transitioned to crafting exquisite pieces by hand, adored by locals in Surat.
Then, in 2017, I discovered Etsy—a total game-changer! Launching my moissanite handmade jewelry store in 2018, I was overwhelmed by the incredible response, with over 13,000 sales and 4,800 glowing reviews. You can explore our store here.
